Refund and Returns Policy

 Effective Date:  December 4, 2025

 1. Return Window & Eligibility 
You may return most new, unused, and unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery  for a refund. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it. You will need your order number or proof of purchase.

 2. How to Start a Return 
1.  Contact Support:  To initiate a return, please email us at  [email protected]  with your order number and reason for return.
2.  Follow Instructions:  We will email you the specific return instructions and the address to send your item.  Please do not ship your return before receiving these instructions .

 3. Refunds 
 Processing:  After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your refund’s approval. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
 Timeline: You should receive your refund within two weeks of shipping the return back to us. This includes bank processing time, which can take 5-10 business days.
 Deductions:  The refund will be for the purchase price of the item(s),  less the original shipping costs . If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

 4. Non-Returnable Items 
The following items are  final sale  and cannot be returned:
* Any Mystery Box  or limited-edition item (as specified on the product page).
* Custom-made, personalized, or “print on demand” items.
* Perishable goods, personal care items, or hazardous materials.
* Items marked as final sale.

 5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items 
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at  [email protected] . We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund and provide a prepaid return shipping label.

 6. Global Shipping & Returns 
We ship worldwide. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs and customs duties for non-error-related returns. Refunds are issued in  U.S. Dollars (USD) .
